I left RC when I was 20 and moved to Denver, Co. I attended Metro State University and received my BS in Accounting and Art. I learned to ski in Vail Co and lived there for 7 years. I moved to Boulder where my husband obtained his Ph.D. in Philosophy and I worked as a Professional Research Assistant on a Spousal abuse study for C.U. I then moved to Illinois and received my BFA in Art and worked on my MFA at the University of Illinois. I moved to RC two years ago after spending 9 years in the Rio Grande Valley in Texas teaching Art and Algebra in an alternative High School for high risk students and Tutored Accounting + at the local college. I am loving it; being back in the Black Hills.
