Graduated with a Masters Degree in Chemical Engineering from the School of Mines in 1972. Worked for the Dow Chemical Company in Michigan, Ohio, Illinois and Texas, for 25 years. Worked for local engineering firms in Houston until retired in 2010. Married with one daughter and six step children.
