I live in the beautiful Black Hills and enjoy traveling and spending time with my kids and grandkids. I also enjoy spending time with friends and look forward to seeing everyone at the reunion!
After graduating from SDSU, I taught high school for a year then became a Social Worker for over ten years.
I married Ron Heinis and we became restaurateurs after purchasing the Chuck Wagon. We owned and operated it while raising our 3 children. We sold it in 1987 and bought the Powder House Lodge just outside of Keystone.
We are still in the hospitality business and now own the Comfort Inn, the Days Inn, and the Comort Suites in Rapid City.
Our Son lives in Denver and is a Police Officer; our 2 daughters live in Rapid City and work with us at our hotels. We have been married for 41 years and have 10 grandchildren.
