After high school I matured, married and moved away from Rapid City for a short time. I later returned to Rapid City while my husband worked on his doctorate in engineering. After having children I went back to school and became a registered nurse. I divorced and worked at Rapid City Regional Hospital for many years. Nursing was my true passion and as I gained experience and certifications I was able to progress to a specialized field of case management in nursing. After working 36 years as an RN I decided to retire.
I remember my high school days vividly including many of my classmates and can't help smiling. I wish you all well. Patty
