Attended college, got married and husband went into Army as pilot. He flew helicopters (Hueys and Cobra) for 20 years and retired. We lived in Texas, Alabama, California and Alaska. I kept the home fires burning as he spent one tour in Vietnam and two tours in Korea. We have two daughters, no grandkids at this time-four grand-cats though! I graduated from Hartnell Jr College with an Animal Health Technology degree. Iwroked for a vet in CA but not since then. I have worked in an orthopedic office and then medical billing for about 25 years here in Fairbanks. I changed jobs and moved to the University of Alaska in 2009. I am in HR Systems - liason between HR dept and IT. We work with testing and setup of new instances etc. Very boring unless you like computers- I've had a blast. Big changes though at the U and not for the better in my opinion. I believe I will be saying goodbye to my job sometime after my return to Fairbanks
